my philosophy

the most beautiful photos come from honest moments, not perfect poses.

 

Whether I'm photographing a couple, a family, or someone just looking for a few good photos of themselves, my approach is pretty much the same. I want you to feel comfortable, have fun, and actually enjoy the experience.


I'll give you direction when you need it, but I'm not going to make you hold awkward poses or force a smile. I love the little interactions and expressions that happen naturally, and I want your photos to reflect that.

Where do you offer

photoshoots?

I'm based in Seattle and photograph couples, families, and individuals throughout the Seattle area. Beaches, parks, city streets, or somewhere that's special to you — I'm always happy to help find a location that fits what you're looking for. Have somewhere a little farther away in mind? Just ask!

What should we wear

for our photos?

First things first, wear something you feel good in! You don't need to go out and buy an entirely new wardrobe. I recommend choosing outfits that feel like you and work well together without being too matchy. And if you're stuck between a few options, I'm always happy to help.

How far in advance

should I book?

The sooner you reach out, the better! Especially if you have a specific date or season in mind. That said, don't count yourself out if you're hoping to schedule something sooner. Feel free to check my availability and we'll see what we can work out.

How long does it take to get our photos back?

I know you'll be excited to see them! Every photo gets my attention during editing, and I'll let you know the expected turnaround time when you book. Once they're ready, you'll get a link to your online gallery where you can download and share your photos.
